North Allegheny school district, close walk to school and shops. Current tenant is buying a house, so getting out of lease. Should be available December 1st, but may be flexible. Would normally ask for a 1 year lease, but do not want it to expire in December again, so we can discuss and agree upon a term whether less than or greater than a year that will have it expiring outside of winter. Renter responsible for all utilities, yard maintenance and snow removal. 1 dog considered on a case-by-case basis with additional rent and pet deposit. $50 application fee to cover cost of credit report.
