This is one side of a side by side duplex. Bedrooms are upstairs. Read ALL qualifications before inquiring. We do not allow unclean tenants, smoking inside the units, or tenants who are disrespectful or bothersome to the other tenants. Landlord may do inspections of the property with at least 24 hrs notice. Must keep your own gas, water, trash, sewer, and electric paid. We do not pay any utilities. Occupancy limits: Only 4 or less people may live in the unit, total. Criminal background check, credit check, and eviction check may be done, as well as reference checks.
