The space This charming 1,555 sqft North End Newburyport home expands throughout three floors, offers spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces and comfortably sleeps 8 adults in 5 beds. There is also a children's pack 'n play/crib for guests to use. The first floor features an open floor plan, a living room with a two-sided gas fireplace attaching to the dining area and a large kitchen that is perfect for several cooks and group dinners. The private fenced-in outdoor patio offer extra space for socializing and relaxing. Easy access to I-95, I-495 and the commuter train to Boston which is just 38 miles away. The second floor has 3 large bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom. The third floor is the master suite with a full bathroom and private roof top deck. WiFi is strong throughout the property, there is a washer and dryer in the basement, a wealth of outdoor living space, central AC and heat and free on-street parking.
