TVs are smart TVs. One king bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a bath and garden tub. The other bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. New flooring downstairs as well as new AC unit and Water Heater. The Owner will pay for water/trash. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need. The $250.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be taken out of the deposit. Please know, that part of an acceptable credit history is a minimum score of 620. If you choose a shorter lease than 6 months, please contact me to discuss rent amount. ( based on seasonality ) Any lease that is one month only, won't require a deposit, however, will still have the cleaning fee, and will also be adjusted upwards for seasonality and to cover utility costs.
