Move in January 12th: This is a beautiful 3 bedroom duplex with many nice upgrades. The location is quiet and has many conveniences being next to the park with a playground, hiking trails, a dog park, ball fields, and it is next to a golf course. One special quality that makes this property stand out is that the owner has upgraded it to have solar panels and the tenant will pay a flat rate of $100/month (in addition to the $1,200/month rent) to cover the cost of electricity, in lieu of an electric bill. Tenant(s) will also be responsible for paying the water, sewer and trash bills. Yard care is included with the rent. Tenants are required to apply and get approved and sign a 1 year lease. The first month's rent and a $1,200 deposit is due before move in.
