Princeton Valley is Eau Claire's premiere residential community located just off of the HWY 53 Bypass & the North Crossing/HWY 312. These townhomes are located at the end of secluded neighborhood. The property allows for quick and easy access to HWY 53, trails, golf course, shopping and restaurant. Units are open concept, with a attached 1 car garage. This is a smoke free property.
