The premises is to be used only as a private residence for Tenant(s) listed in Clause 1 of this Agreement. First, last monthly rental payment and a security deposit of $500.00 is required at the signing. Tenant will pay all utility, cable and streaming charges. Landlord is responsible for all repairs, maintenance and lawn care. No animal, bird, or other pet will be kept on the premises.
