Kestrel Park consists of townhomes located in the growing community in Glencoe. Just 50 miles west of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Glencoe offers a diverse business community, regional health care system and many great city parks. We currenlty have a 3 bedroom townhome available. Our three bedroom home offers, 1.5 bath, living/dining room, closet storage, full size washer/dryer, and a one stall attached garage. Kestrel Park Townhome community is financed by a government- sponsored program and, as a result, follows certain guidelines and regulations including maximum income limits.
