"This is a pet friendly top floor of a duplex with an awesome outdoor space overlooking a private shared yard. The top deck is directly off the kitchen and would be a great entertaining space. The open concept, high ceilings and natural light makes this cozy space feel so much bigger. Plenty of storage in the two full sized closets. The kitchen features white shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom is also completely redone but doesn't include a tub. The bedroom in the back is very large with a nice decorative fire place. There is no laundry on location and parking is either in an private lot (extra fee) or on the street.
