These townhomes feature an open plan kitchen and family room, plus laundry and half bath downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Appliances are all included. Washer and dryer in each unit. Each unit is the same size and layout with 2 bed. Rent is $1250. Deposit is $1050. Lease is one year minimum. Maximum occupancy is 4, including children. We do not accept housing vouchers/section eight. Tenant is responsible for utilities and internet service. Ozark Electric and Springdale Water are the utilities. Ozarks Go is the internet provider. Pet policy is FIRM: 1 small pet only, 25 lbs max. There is a one time, non-refundable fee of $400 plus $35 per month pet rent. There is no fenced outdoor space. Application includes a background and credit check which is paid for by the applicant and costs $29.95. A clean background check and a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations is required. Previous evictions, car repossessions, and other derogatory items on your credit and background check will impact the landlord's decision. Applicants with poor credit or no credit are likely to be declined. All adults must have a valid social security number for the background and credit check. Proof of income is required to complete the application. $3750 per month ($45,000 per year) is the minimum household income requirement for this rental.
