We are looking for a new tenant for our 1 bedroom basement apartment under our newly built townhome! It is conveniently located in Evington, VA, which happens to be an easy, traffic-free 6 minute drive to Liberty University. The space is currently unfurnished. The space offers free unlimited parking spaces outside the unit, a private exterior entrance to the unit, a peaceful neighborhood, an outdoor patio space with seating, lighting, and a fire pit, 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 full bathroom, a living space, a fully functioning kitchen, washer & dryer units, AC/Heat, trash service, etc. All utilities/wifi are included in rent! Unfortunately, the space is not handicap accessible due to the walkway down to the unit being on a hill. We would prefer to remain pet free, but small pets may be acceptable. Please let us know if you are interested in getting more info! The Owner is responsible for the following utilities: HOA (lawn maintenance & trash service), general indoor/outdoor maintenance, water, electric, AC/Heat, trash service, and wifi. The Tenant is responsible for the following utilities: Walking all personal trash to the designated dumpsters. Security deposite of $550 due before or at the start of the lease. Rent is due the 1st day of each month. 6 month lease minimum. No pets allowed.
