We are accepting applications for a conservative senior (s) who wants to live out country; but be less than two miles from Walmart, Lowes, downtown Sulphur Springs, and Hwy I-30 . The duplex is brand new construction. Our ranch is private; a place your family will enjoy visiting. Living here, you can enjoy the outdoors, fish in the lake or take long walks. The duplex is an open floor plan, beautiful hickory cabinets, concrete floors, walk in custom tile showers, wide sidewalks, front and back porch, and lots of Anderson windows to enjoy the view. It has central air and heat, and all new, top of the line, appliances. There is a laundry area for your washer and dryer. Tenants pay for their own electricity, water, and internet. No smoking or pets allowed. Two car covered parking. Please contact Laura and we can arrange a tour. We require first and last month's rent plus damage deposit to move in. Plus, we charge a $100 non refundable cleaning fee, so when you move out, you don't have to worry about cleaning. No pets and no smoking. We are a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Your family is welcome to visit and fish in the lake after contacting Laura, the owner.
