This is a detached studio/ mother in law unit 20 to 30 minute drive to South Bend / Raymond.. Dock of the Bay restaurant/bar, beach access and Bush county park all a short 5 minute walk from here. Month to month tenancy ok. Non smoker(s) please. Monthly utility charge of $350 for water, sewer, garbage ,electric, and dish TV to be paid in addition to the rent. No internet currently available (installation totally dependent on PUD of pacific county scheduled timetable) but phone hotspot possible and reliable for ATT and T Mobile. Prospective tenants may provide own screening reports and proof of employment / resources.
