Tenant pays for all utilities, landlord will consider leases between 12 months and 36 months long. Cats are possible with an additional deposit of $200 refundable and a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 per pet. There is also a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Refrigerator is provided however would be removed if it breaks and tenant would need to replace it with their own. Landlord is willing to remove the refrigerator if tenant can provide their own. Tenant must supply their own washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for all landscaping. Tenant must fill out an application and pay for a background screening report. Rental criteria requires 2 1/2 times rent in gross income, two years positive rental history. One year at current employment.
