You'll love our cozy home with the large deck overlooking the Sierras as well as the separate sleeping arrangements on three different levels. Our home is perfect to soak up the beauty of Tahoe! Brand new fully stocked kitchen with granite and stainless steel. Oh, and did we mention private, sparkling hot tub? The space Our home is the perfect place to get away to the great outdoors! Bask in the bliss of Tahoe with our home so close to the Heavenly ski lift that you could walk or better yet, take the free shuttle bus right outside the front door! You are also steps away from the world famous Tahoe rim trail where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and connecting with nature. At the end of your day, fire up the deck barbecue and take in the stars from the beautiful hot tub! The sleeping set-up is perfect for up to 6 people.(Four adults/2 kids is ideal.) The upstairs loft boasts a queen bed, a couch and love seat, and is ideal for your bear cubs! Spacious, warm, and perfect for your Tahoe memories either on the slopes or on the trails! This is a monthly rental of 1 to 3 months duration. Will do short term lease of 1 to 3 months. Please inquire as to your needs. Possible pets allowed if small and well trained. 2 car parking allowed. Cleaning deposit required. Please do not expect a refund if the spa should break or be unusable. Again, the spa is a lovely BONUS. Renter agrees to properly use and operate all furnishings, including electrical and gas appliances, plumbing fixtures, electronic home entertainment property, fireplaces, heaters, and all other items of whatsoever kind or nature provided during the term. Renter also agrees to leave the home so that no extraordinary house keeping will be required after departure. Renter understands their responsibility as occupant and accepts financial burden for any damages to the property caused by the renter or their invites. By booking the Renter agrees to pay replacement value for any items that are damages or lost to theft during their stay, or for extra cleaning required.
