I have not signed a lease yet, but I think I have a qualified applicant. Please keep your eyes open for another open house if things dont work out. First floor of 2-Family house, freshly painted with new-ish appliances. Bonus room has been used for dining room or office. Peaceful back yard, off-street parking with laundromat across the street and Stop&Shop around the corner. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas heat/hot water. No smoking in apartment. All occupants 18 and older must submit an application with $25 fee. Minimum 1 month security, may be more based on background check and pets (no aggressive breeds). Open house Monday Nov 13th 5:30-6:30. If listing is still posted, apartment has not been rented yet. Tenant pays for electricity and gas heat and hot water.
