You can bike to the University of Delaware and also use public transit with a bus stop right around the corner. The house has been well maintained recently with upgrades added to electric, roof replaced, water heater replaced, HVAC replaced all within the past two years so there are no worries there! House has a partly finished basement that should be used as storage only. House has a fenced in backyard. All kitchen appliances and washer/dryer come with the house. It has a nice size backyard to sit back and relax in. Bathroom will be redone prior to move in. Rental price does not include utilities.
