It is agreed that the Rent is not uniformly apportionable from day to day except where it may be contrary to law. DEPOSIT: $ 2,500 is the full amount of Security Deposit MUNICIPAL FEES, WATER, AND SEWER CHARGES: Tenant agrees to pay, as Additional Rent, (a) 100% of the cost of the following fees, charges, and services: water benefit, water distribution, sewer service, sewer benefit, storm water fees, Bay Restoration Fees, surcharges, trash removal fees, fire service and fire protection fees, rent tax, and any other municipal, County or State service fee or charge related to Municipal Services or Environmental Issues being provided to the Premises or the Property of which the Premises is a part. TENANT OBLIGATIONS TO THE PROPERTY: Only persons listed as "Occupants" shall reside in the Premises. Tenant agrees to keep property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition and not to damage, deface, impair, abuse or remove any part of the Premises which includes but is not limited to walls, ceilings, floors, woodwork, paint, paper, plumbing, heating, electrical, glass, doors, window sash, hardware and fixtures; not to use water on wood floors but to keep them covered with floor covering and to wash and use liquid wax on tiled floors.
