Renting out my beautiful home's first floor (above-the-ground one-bedroom apartment). The place is freshly renovated and has private access, an outdoor patio, fully isolated, with a dedicated washer and dryer on the floor, is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has new windows and new appliances such as a water heater and an HVAC system. So, it's warm in winter and cool in summer :) The house is conveniently located across a street from Ashburn Village marketplace with many stores, like Giant, businesses, restaurants, and beautiful lakes where you can jog or walk. The close proximity of the metro and One Loudoun downtown, Dulles Mall, and Walmart. One dedicated parking space with plenty of visitor parking spots around. Up to two persons, background check (paid by applicant), one-month security deposit, and two recent pay stubs (as proof of income), the rent should be 35% or less of the income. A 6-month lease is a minimum. Renter insurance is required. (about $7 a month) All UTILITIES INCLUDED. The place has high-speed Fios internet. All utilities are included. No smoking. A 6-month lease minimum. Only the tenant on the lease can live in the apartment. You can have visitors, and they can stay overnight occasionally. The place must be kept clean.
