The second floor of the townhouse has 1 bedroom, den and 2 full baths, first floor has large living /dining area and fully applianced kitchen. Includes hardwood floors, trash removal, storage shed and basement washer/dryer hookups. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted. With prior permission, cats and dogs (no other pets) with a 20-pound grown weight limit are allowed in some units. Depending on breed some larger dogs are allowed in specified units. Dobermans, Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), German Shepherds, Newfoundland, Rottweiler's, etc., or any mixes of these breeds are not allowed on any Davenport Realty property. A separate charge will be assessed for the pet. No more than two pets are allowed. All vehicles must be currently registered, inspected and in working order when on Davenport Realty property. All driver licenses must be current when driving on Davenport property. No commercial, plows or recreational vehicles (boats, trailers, snowmobiles, skimobiles, etc.) may be parked on the premises except pre-approved pickup trucks or vans of not more than ton capacities. No trampolines or fire pits of any kind may be used on the grounds. No open fires of any kind are allowed.
