The photos on this listing are of a similar property across the street. This property was built in 2015 with the exact same layout, just a slightly different color scheme. New fridge in 2020, all aspects of the house are well maintained by previous owner. This would be a great house to rent for a growing family or a few friends looking for some extra space. The backyard is fenced in, we would allow for pets but it would be at an additional monthly cost. Washer and dryer are new and will stay in the house for tenants. * The owners would consider leaving patio furniture and a few TV's that are mounted on the wall if the tenants wanted. * Owners are moving at the end of 2023, the goal would be to have this ready to move in at the start of 2024 after a professional cleaning crew has come in and prepared the house for the tenants. Tenants pay for utilities. Payment of rent is due by the 1st of each month, a penalty will be applied if not received by the 10th of each month. Payment via PayPal/Venmo/Cash. Security deposit is refundable after moveout assuming there is nothing that needs repaired or fixed. Small pets are allowed (under 50 lbs.), there would be an additional $100/month charge on top of rent. All mowing and snow removal will be handled by the landlord
