The lower level of the house includes a small studio with a double bed, full bath, kitchen sink, small fridge, microwave, desk, television, and washer/dryer. It is accessible via a separate entrance and stairs from the upstairs kitchen. The back patio has several large trees and plenty of greenery. It also has a gas grill, a four-top dining table, two loveseats, string lights, and a storage area for bicycles and other items. Overall, this home is a very comfortable space. Permitted street parking is readily available. We provide parking passes for two vehicles. The home is in the Aurora Highlands neighborhood, essentially centered in the newly established National Landing Area, home to Amazon's second headquarters and associated amenities. Crystal City Metro is a 12-minute walk, 23rd Street restaurants are a five-minute walk, National Airport is a five-minute Uber ride, and Pentagon City and Alexandria are adjacent.
