It rolls easily from room to room and does a good job of cooling the whole unit when placed properly and the ceiling fan is running. A NON-REFUNDABLE $300 Pet Deposit is required for any number of pets Tenant is expected to keep property in a well maintained manner. This includes shoveling the driveway and sidewalk immediately after a snowfall, and mowing the yard's lawn. All fines/penalties issued by the city resulting from these incomplete maintenance tasks will be passed onto the tenant.
