My husband and I live next door and are readily accessible, he does all the maintenance on the building and repairs, if needed, would be done almost immediately. The duplex shares an acre of land with the home we live in. The yard is beautiful by March, with hundreds of tulips blooming all over. There are fruit trees and pollinator gardens. No pesticides or chemicals ever used in the yard. We have a large compost set up and we have a chicken coop at the far back of the yard so plenty of fresh eggs are always available. We have 2 medium sized very friendly dogs, its their home and they will be around. The duplex has been an airbnb, The Artists' Retreat for several years now, but we are trying to calm our lives down. we will still have 2 airbnbs that we run out of our home next door.
