This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath townhome has a new kitchen, upgraded fixtures, and is fully furnished. Many schools, hospitals, bus lines, highways, and bike/walking trails are close by or within 30 minutes of driving. Washer/dryer are included. New heater/AC! Public Service, water, and trash are included in the monthly rental fee. No smoking or pets. The lease includes dumpster trash, water, utilities, and fully furnished (I'll be out of the country). There are 2 parking spaces available (garage has my car/storage). There is an HOA that has specific Rules and Regulations that I will leave for the renter. The rental is for 6 months with a possibility of extension at $2400/month and a deposit to match of $2400. The City/HOA expects sidewalks cleaned when there is snow. Streets are plowed. The furnace filter will need to be replaced every 3 months (furnished). This is my home, my expectations would be you treat better than your home.
