Relax in our newly remodeled, clean, cozy and quiet two bedroom one-and-a-half bath beach home located in exceptional North Beach. Only 800 feet to the beach and dig your toes into our fantastic sugar sand. A short walk will bring you to Flagler Avenue's boutique shops and art galleries, restaurants and nightlife. Relax on the backyard patio with your favorite tropical beverage. The backyard is private and fully fenced. Refresh yourself in the enclosed outdoor tropical shower, conveniently located adjacent to a side entry door. Downstairs you will enjoy a comfortable living room with Smart TV, Spectrum cable and Roku, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a sunny dining area. There is also a half-bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a king bed with Smart TV and the back bedroom has a king bed as well, with an adjoining full bath between them. Both bedrooms have breezy sliding patio doors opening onto private balconies. We are pleased to offer you free Wi-Fi throughout the house. This is a monthly rental. No smoking permitted. Dogs under 30 pounds are permitted.
