You are just minutes from several main highways and only 10 minutes from the airport. This is a non-smoking, pet-free house to ensure the health of all guests. This property has 1 main bedroom with a king size bed and in en suite full bath, and one guest room that can either be an office space or I can be a bedroom with a queen size bed. Just let me know your preference. All utilities, trash, and internet included. All utilities up to $350/mo included. Trash service and internet also included. This property is leased on a month to month basis, but you must give a 30-day notice before leaving, otherwise your security deposit will not be returned to you. Security deposit will also cover any major damages done to the property or furnishings. NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING! There is a one-car garage available for parking, along with one additional car in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed after dark. There is additional guest parking just down the street. Owner will provide a start-up cleaning/toiletry kit, but tenant will be responsible to purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay. There is an additional $150 cleaning fee that is not included in the monthly rent that will be collected at the beginning, along with the security deposit. Tenant will also be responsible for minor maintenance, but any major maintenance that is required will be covered by the owner. Once you have informed the owner of any major maintenance requests, the owner will complete the repairs within 7 days, if possible.
