Covered parking protects your car and with a little luck, you'll enjoy watching families of javelina cruise by to the natural green space nearby. The green space is home to a variety of birds, deer and wildlife. Desert Hills is an age-restricted community (55+) - filled with friendly, like-minded people who are wasting no time enjoying life. Most participate in the 13 Green Valley Recreational facilities available -- Minimal visitor membership fee required -- The facilities provide a multitude of activities: swimming, tennis, pickle-ball, arts & crafts, dances, gyms & more! If that's not enough, Green Valley has a ton of golf courses, bike paths - even Bingo! We're perfectly located near shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, the newly built GV Hospital, casinos, the Mexican border, Historic Tubac and the Tucson Airport. Explore the state -- plenty of hiking trails; including the wild Madera Canyon; the awesome Kitt Peak National Observatory and just 2 hours to Phoenix, 4 hrs to gorgeous Sedona and 5.5 hrs to the magnificent Grand Canyon!
