ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT PETS: There is a pet administration fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $250 for each additional pet. Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits. Residents are held responsible for any damages or maintenance related to the assistance animal. Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by PetScreening.com, as follows: A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month per pet A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month per pet A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month per pet Animal Acceptability Tanked, caged, or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages, and lizards. Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances.
