Relax on the lounge chairs or visit at the patio table. The Pines on Trousdale is in a great location near the Harding Place exit off I-65 in a safe neighborhood that is walkable to restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, MTA bus route 72, and other great places to explore. Nature lovers will enjoy being about 3 miles from Radnor Lake State Natural Area, the "Jewel of Nashville" with hiking trails, and less than 2 miles to Ellington Agricultural Center also with trails. You'll be close to hip Berry Hill, Kroger, and One Hundred Oaks Mall, while still being only 10-15 minutes from downtown Nashville by car. This home has two stories. The first level has all of the common areas, ie. modern kitchen, a living room with a flat screen TV, DVR, and comfortable large modular couch that can be arranged to your liking, a desk work station, plus a half bath. Upstairs you`ll find two bedrooms with large walk-in closets connected by Jack and Jill style bathrooms with a full bath/shower and double vanity on one side, a commode room in between, and a shower and vanity on the other side, plus a washer and dryer. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 (all women, all men, couples, or a family). One bedroom has full size bunk beds as well as a love seat couch. The other bedroom has two queen size beds. Great mattresses and pillows offer a restful sleep after a taxing day. The Pines is truly a place to come home to. At signing of lease,$2200 rent, plus $2200 security deposit and $225 cleaning fee are due. This is a minimum month to month lease (31 days) and may be able to be extended with a 30 day notice and approval of lessor/landlord. For an extended lease, rent is due month to month or week to week per lease extension agreement. Cost of utilities are included, including WiFi. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Included is parking for up to 3 vehicles directly in front of this townhouse. No parking in front of the next door townhouse. Side street parking is also available. Limit of 4 residents in the home. Quiet environment observed after 10 PM.
