This townhome is an end unit and only shares one side. It is newly painted and newly carpeted. It is approximately 1 mile to I 40 and approximately 1 mile to shopping and dining in Bellevue. It is approximately 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. This is a very convenient and highly sought after area. This has always been a NO smoking and NO pets unit which is desirable to people with allergies. It is available now. Homeowner Association fees are paid by the owner. This is an end unit with a private back patio and sole use as a private residence and subject to association rules. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner is responsible for the Homeowners Association fees. This has always been a no pets and no smoking unit. The prior tenant lived there for 11 years. The deposit and first months rent will be due upon accepting, and qualification of, the rental agreement. You cannot leave a broken car sitting in the parking lot. Guests staying over 15 days without consent of owner shall be considered a breach of this contract. No liquid filled furniture is permitted.
