Looking for a roommate to use two bedrooms and a private bath in a lovely townhome of 3-bedrooms & 2.5 baths. You will share the house with one roommate. He is a young professional who is clean, non-smoking, quiet, and easy-going, works most of daytime & evening in University campus, and is out of town most weekends. He will use one bedroom with his bathroom and you will use the master bedroom and another bedroom with a private bath. The house is spacious and clean. Extra storage place available in the walkout basement. The house is about 15 mins to VT campus, close to Huckleberry trail, Christiansburg gym, and shopping center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Utilities will be share with the roommate. Lease term is flexible. Utilities (electricity, water, and internet) will be shared with the roommate.
