The house is centrally located in the NW Heights area close to a lot of shopping areas. Super convenient location. It is about 1500sqft 4br/3ba/2cg house with private parking and walled backyard. It has a very quite, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has all new floors and it is well insulated. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. We are asking $1750 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people. Tenant Pays all utilities
