The unit is one side of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood near Elk Rapids schools. Grocery store, pharmacy and bank are within walking distance. It has two bedrooms and one bath, all upstairs. Living area and kitchen are downstairs, at the entry level, as well as washer/dryer. Currently being offered furnished, monthly, but would consider unfurnished. Also includes shed storage, parking for two cars, gas, wifi, snow removal/lawn care and village garbage pass. Owners do not live on site but live and work nearby. Our neighbors are our friends and acquaintances, so we value our contribution to a peaceful neighborhood! Owner pays for gas, wifi, snow removal and garbage pass. Renter pays for water & electric. A small pet may be considered with a deposit. First month and security deposit due at signing.
