These apartments have two bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, 2 car garage, and include a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, fireplace, and a patio/balcony. They are in an 4 plex one level building located behind Target and Menards near Oakwood Mall in Eau Claire. Each unit is provided with one designated parking spot, there is no cover or garage parking. Rent starts at $1250 per month with a signed, 12-month lease and includes lawn care, snow removal, and trash services. We do offer a six-month lease option for an additional $50 per month. The security deposit also is $1250 or equal to one month's rent. Small Dogs are allowed at this property. Gas/electric utilities are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages between $75 and $125 per month. In the winter, we provide expected high-end averages of about $150 per month. Tenants pay bills directly to Xcel Energy. Water/sewer utilities also are separately metered for each apartment and vary, depending upon usage. We provide expected averages of about $25 per person per month. Water is paid directly to Regal Property Management quarterly. We request that the received water bills be paid with the next upcoming rent check. These are smoke-free properties. There is no smoking within 25ft of the properties. This rule is strictly enforced.
