Charming and comfortable 1 bed/1 bath cabin near Sessor and near Rend Lake College. This cabin is on the Coy & Wilma's Campground property and very close to Rend Lake and the boat launch facilities at the North Sandusky Campground. The cabin is currently furnished with everything you need to live comfortably by the lake, including but not limited to dish and cookware, flat screen TV, queen bed, couch, dining table and chairs, full kitchen, appliances, etc. The cabin can be rented as-is or can be cleared to make space for your furnishings and fixtures. The cabin is available to rent for as little as one month or longer term with a seasonal or traditional 12 month lease - or any time in between. Rent is $900 per month for any stay between 1 and 3 months, $800 per month for stays between 4 and 11 months, and $700 per month for 12 months or more. The rent includes garbage, water, water heating, Hulu Live TV, and high speed internet (Wifi), but not electricity for lights, heat and AC. Modern heat pump HVAC keeps cabin comfortable year-round. This is a top (second) floor unit with a private deck overlooking our fishing pond. The unit has a maximum occupancy of two people and is not suitable for children. Ideal tenant is a fisherman or couple who want to live or stay near the lake without all the hassle of maintaining a camper and campsite. Or perhaps, a student attending Rend Lake College who needs to live near campus, but is not making a permanent relocation. The campground offers plenty of parking including space for a boat.
