Viking fridge and stove top with wall oven. Large fenced in backyard with porch/patio and outdoor bar/kitchen. No dogs. Tenant pays for all utilities except water. You must also pay for trash removal with local contract. All yard work and snow removal is done by tenant and not landlord. This is a duplex with a private backyard. Appliances will be repaired by the landlord from regular use damage. If the tenant breaks the appliances they will need to repair them on their own.
