Owner pays all utilities up to $200 a month, no pets allowed, deposit due at signing of lease, and 2 parking spaces provided. Rent is $1599 for up to 6 months during winter months and a deposit is required. Beginning the first week of April the rent goes up to $150/day and weekly rentals are preferred and no deposit is required.
