How about four double sliding doors with views to the Lake and Heavenly. In winter you will love the unobstructed views of the mountains and lake. In the summer, you can greet your crew as they return from the marina right out your backyard. This home also has access to the Tahoe Keys amenities which includes an indoor pool right next door, shared hot tubs, as well as a private beach and tennis courts. (An extra fee does apply) This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7. The large downstairs living area is open from the kitchen, through the dining area, to the sunken fire pit and living room with play table and large flat screen TV. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Open the curtains to over 15' of windows and a private deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 twins. There is extra sleeping space on the queen-sized sofa bed downstairs. Your rental includes use of the boat slip in the Marina and parking for 2 cars. Access to the pools, tennis courts, and beach have a small daily/weekly fee for each person. Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay. This home does not have air conditioning. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
