Monthly rent is flexible depending on availability and season, Please reach out! All utilities, wifi and TV are included House Rules: 1. As the home has carpet, we do not allow any shoes to be worn inside the house. We have provided trays to store your shoes by the front door. Remove shoes upon entrance. 2. Please report damage immediately 3. No eating or drinking on carpeted areas ex: living room, bedrooms, etc. 4. Trash day is Tuesday afternoon, please take trash to dumpster (caddy corner from front of home) 5. No smoking of any kind 6. No pets allowed 7. Please be respectful of neighbors no parties or loud music. 8. Please observe quiet time after 10pm. 9. Beach towels are available for you (upstairs bathroom), please do not use our bath towels for the pool, river, hot springs, etc. 10. Backyard chimenea is available for your use. Please observe county fire restrictions and clean up after use. 11. Grill in backyard is available for your use. Please clean it after use and put cover back on once cool. Property manager/owner not responsibly for swapping propane canisters. Responsibility of guest to fill propane as needed if wish to use. 12. Garage and Owners Closet are not available to guests. 13. W/D available for your use. Please ensure you clean out lint screen in between dryings. 14. Computer desk and accessories available for your use. Please do not remove or reorganize the equipment. 15. Lost keys (home and mailbox) will incur a replacement fee. 16. Furniture is not to be re-arranged. 17. Garbage disposal please be kind and not overload with food/pasta/etc. 18.
