Please do not disturb any occupants, information on renting is available exclusively through the Coastal Vacation Rentals office. Gorgeous hillside home with luxurious furnishings and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Pismo Beach. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath can accommodate up to 6 guests with queen beds in the 2 downstairs bedrooms and a king bed in the primary bedroom upstairs. You enter the home on a split level entry foyer, going upstairs leads you into the open layout great room. This space includes the living room with ocean views, fireplace, and big screen smart TV, the gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Just off the kitchen is the large, private outdoor patio w/ charcoal BBQ. Down the hall from the great room is a half-bath and the main bedroom suite. This primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, and a deck with ocean views. Going back downstairs from the entry foyer you find the second full bathroom which has a shower/tub combo, the second and third bedrooms both with queen beds and one with an ocean view, as well as the garage where the washer, dryer, and wine fridge are located. This property does have soft water and does not have air conditioning. The HOA does not allow any parking on the street, tenants can park 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the entry. Furnished vacation rental available for 30+ night stays. Due to zoning regulations, stays of less than 30 nights are not possible. Rate Increases to $7000/30 days in June, July, August, and December. Rent is definitely negotiable for longer term stays! Property is available for move-in as early as 02/13/2024 and availability is subject to change without notice as reservations are made. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Utilities included (capped)& Wi-Fi included. 100% no-smoking. A larger security deposit will be required for longer stays. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $300 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
